To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- The product is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Furniture that has been assembled, installed, or altered post‑delivery.
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If you received a defective or incorrect product, Edukraftz will bear the return shipping costs.
- For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges & Replacements
- If you prefer, we can replace eligible returned items with a new product of the same type.
- Exchanges for different models or designs may be subject to price adjustments.
